Terms of service

1. The service

You upload your finished 3D model. You get a walkthrough that opens in a web browser, with a link, a QR code and a code to show it on your website. Some projects cannot be made into a walkthrough, for example when textures are missing or there is no floor to walk on; then we tell you why. We provide the service as it is today. Features may change.

2. Your account

You need an account with a working e-mail address. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything uploaded from your account, and for everyone you let use your account.

3. Free walkthroughs

A free account can have 1 model at a time, up to 150 MB. A free walkthrough is a private preview: only you can open it, with a small watermark, and it goes offline 7 days after it is ready; then no one can open it, you included. To share it, choose a package. Its files are kept for 7 more days so that you can still choose a package, then deleted.

4. Paid plans

You can share walkthroughs with your clients with a package: 1 walkthrough, Studio 5 or Studio 15, each paid monthly, every 3 months or yearly. The price is the same for any project. A limited-time offer price, when offered, stays the same for as long as that plan is kept without a break. The prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars. You pay on this site, through a secure checkout. A package renews automatically at the end of each period you paid for until you cancel it; you can cancel any time from your account. After a cancellation, or when a renewal cannot be charged, it stays active until the end of the paid period; after a short grace period the account goes back to the free plan: its walkthroughs become private previews again and expire as described above. A package covers your oldest walkthroughs first, up to the number you chose.

5. What you may upload

Upload only models you have the right to use: your own work, or work that your client or employer allows you to publish this way. No content that is illegal, hateful or sexual, and nothing that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse, remove or take offline any walkthrough that breaks this rule, and close the account. Your files stay yours; you give us only the right to process them, store them and show the walkthrough the way you set. If you believe a walkthrough on this site breaks your rights, write to support@abaadview.com.

6. Liability

We run the service with care, but we do not promise that it is online at all times or free of faults. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures of the hosting company. We are not liable for lost sales, lost data or other indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months. Keep your own copy of every file: we do not keep the source after the walkthrough is published.

7. Refunds

1. Free preview. You can preview every walkthrough privately before you pay.
2. First-payment guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first payment, ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked. This applies once per account.
3. Paid plans. Cancel anytime. You are not charged again, and your walkthroughs can still be shared until the end of the period you paid for. A period already started is not refunded, except under point 2.
4. After a refund, the walkthrough returns to a private preview with the watermark.
5. To ask for a refund, e-mail support@abaadview.com from your account e-mail with your payment reference. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh), the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can also ask Polar for a refund directly.

8. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page, and we tell account holders by e-mail about important changes. Contact: support@abaadview.com.
