What we store, why, and how to have it removed. Questions: support@abaadview.com. Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Your account
When you sign up we store your e-mail address, a hashed form of your password, the language you chose, and the time and the connection address (IP) of your sign-up and your log-ins. If you give a phone number, for your account or for leads, we store that too. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, your e-mail address and an account number from Google. We keep these details while your account exists.
2. Your projects
We use your 3D files only to make your walkthrough, and we do not keep a copy of them after that. Your walkthrough stays online for as long as your package runs. Our team handles your files only to make your walkthrough. We never use your files to train AI, and we never sell, reuse or show them anywhere without your choice. A free walkthrough is a private preview that only you can open; a paid one opens for the people you send its link to. We never show or list your walkthrough anywhere: not on our website, not as a sample and not in our adverts.
3. Free walkthroughs
A free walkthrough is a private preview: only you can open it, signed in to your account. It goes offline 7 days after it is ready, and then no one can open it, you included. Its files are kept for 7 more days so that you can still share it with a package, then deleted. When you delete a walkthrough yourself on your models page, its files are removed from the website.
4. Visitors
When someone opens a walkthrough we count the visit: the day, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the country guessed from the time zone, how long the scene stayed open, the website it was opened from, and whether it was opened inside another website. We store a hashed id that changes every day, not a name, an e-mail address or the full connection address. These numbers are shown to the owner of the scene.
5. Leads
A paid walkthrough can show a contact button. What a visitor types there, a name, a phone number and a message, is stored for the owner of that walkthrough, sent to the owner by e-mail and shown in the owner's dashboard. The owner is responsible for how they use it. We also store the connection address of the submission, to stop abuse. We keep a lead until the owner deletes it or asks us to. A visitor who wants their details removed can write to support@abaadview.com; we pass the request to the owner and remove our copy.
6. The chat assistant
The questions you type into the chat assistant ("Ask us") are stored with its answers, to answer you and to improve this site; we store them without your connection address, and the text is sent to our AI provider only to write the answer. Our AI provider is Anthropic. Please do not type passwords or payment details there.
7. Cookies and analytics
We set cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cookie choice. Plausible counts page views on this site without cookies. Only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie bar, and only on our information pages, we also use Mouseflow, which records how pages are used (taps, scrolling, mouse movement) so that we can improve them, and, when we run adverts, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight tag to measure them; these may set their own cookies. None of them runs on your account pages, on forms, on the payment pages or inside a walkthrough. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Payments are handled by Polar, our payment provider; we never see or store your payment details. Our server keeps logs with connection addresses for a limited time, to find faults and stop abuse.
8. Your rights
You can see and change your account details on the account page, delete a walkthrough on your models page, and delete your whole account on the account page. You can also write to support@abaadview.com from the address of your account; we delete what you ask and confirm by e-mail. We do not sell data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service: Hostinger (our servers and our e-mail), Polar (payments), Anthropic (the chat assistant), Plausible and Mouseflow (the analytics named above), Meta and LinkedIn (only after your yes, as described above), and when the law requires it. When this page changes, the new text is shown here with its date.
